So, that's one more reason for me to use RICO to turn this asset into a high-density residence. It works nicely as that, and really adds beauty and interest to the city.
@cmdp1989: no soy de BsAs, pero estube muchas veces. Me gustaria hacer mas, pero soy medio vago XD... Creo que el proximo del estilo va a ser el del cafe La Opera, que esta el la otra esquina de la misma cuadra, o el otro, de la mano de en frente, siempre entre Callao y Corrientes. Vos so de Buenos Aires?

Maybe I'll use RICO and turn this building back into apartments! ;)
@cmdp1989: I would like to make more from Bs.As, like one on Callao and Corrientes Av., one block away from this one, or the Confiteria el Molino, next to the houses of parliament. I really like the Barolo building also, but that is too difficult for me... :-D
