is there a way to fix some of the doors refusing to close after they are opened? blinds also refused to close and a drawer was stuck open and i couldn't close the back door

I've been noticing that the support bars of the pool chairs are missing textures. Sometimes the texture moves whenever I move to a different angle. Best guess is that I don't have a game mounted or it's a shader issue. Any ideas?

is there a sfm version if not would you be willing to put it in sfm, both use source but idk if that means it's easy

I'm using a mod to sit anywhere, it happened to me that in the jacuzzi area or on the toilet when I'm sitting, my character turns black

I have a few missing textures it seems. A cylinder light in front of the house, the toilet in the bathroom is missing, and the hand dryer (I assume) in the bathroom isn't loading either. Don't know if it's me missing a mount somewhere or just the textures failed to load for one reason or the next. Still, this is a very good map for those who can run it.
