but using sv_consistency 0 in the console allows custom content in game aka mods so try typing that into the console it might fix the issue

it works for me so you may need to unsub an older mod or go into your addons/workshop folder and physically delete the vpk from an old magnum mod

make sure you type sv_consistency 0 into the console before you start a match
