Love this one! its a bit small but that is the point. its well built. the airlock works flawlessly tho i personally would prefer a toggle switch instead of a button i have to hold but it serves its purpose and airlock pump is very quick compared to other subs ive tried. its a little difficult to get in and out of when under water tho because as your trying to enter if your not holding the right combination of buttons it throws you back out of the airlock. maneuverability is flawless and i love the blue lights. it feels natural. surprisingly long lasting battery for a submersible too. its got its quirks but they all add to its character and personality. just takes some time to get to know each-other and you will enjoy your time in the deep with her.

obviously its connected to a breaker that its ON by default otherwise you could not use it to enter. aghh, hatch is working fine, end of discussion. and this sub isnt perfect but all this kind of common issues are alredy fixed.
ACE 2 Feb, 2021 @ 12:52am
is the breaker on automatically?
◁♠Gordo Figaro♤▶  [author] 2 Feb, 2021 @ 12:24am
idk about that bug, but this one is working without needing to be directly connected to a battery. its just connected to the breaker.
ACE 2 Feb, 2021 @ 12:12am
after a certain update dock hatches have to be directly connected to a battery

Verified using Workshop copy, tried other ships and subs before commenting. They all worked perfectly.

Its a quite small sub, its obvious that big waves are gona enter through the hatch if you leave it open, and it has automatic pumps to drain the water. all the sub its sealed, you might have changed something if it isnt.
Gristle 1 Feb, 2021 @ 5:24pm
has serious leak. Main cabin area is full of water. Airlock works great though (as long as you are surfaced).
ACE 13 Jan, 2021 @ 3:54am
this looks amazing, i hope my sub can dock with yours
ACG_Firefly 14 Dec, 2020 @ 4:26pm
Yeah that's fine pal. I literally just made the tail-fin one block lower, and made the exhaust vent flush with the hull instead of on the dorsal fin looking thingy. That was just so it fit on the RV Kasugano Sora however, it might fit without changes on many other ships that I haven't tried. Cracking sub either way.

It works absolutely fine. But of course the main thing is the docking release lol.
Easy mistake to make. The interior of that thing looks like a lot is going on so I won't blame you for overlooking it ;)

cheers for replying to quickly :D

Fixed mate, thx for letting me know that. Its probably most docking ports are going to have problems with it bcz needs to have some space to dock, but i cant fix that without changing all the hull.

uuffh sorry mate i really forgot to refine all the docking feature ill fix it dont worry, for now u could try to release the main braker in any of the ships, that ill probably fix it.
ACG_Firefly 14 Dec, 2020 @ 1:22pm
Hi mate.

Just tried do dock this sub to the RV Kasugano Sora (which also has a magnetic docking hatch)
Apart from having to re-position the exhaust vent to make it fit, everything on the sub is unchanged.

It docked fine, locked in place, but didn't open the Sora's docking hatch. It was my understanding from previous subs/ships I've used that both hatches automatically open when docked together.

Also, wheres the release button? i know there's one on the top of the sub, but when its docked to something its unreachable. Which basically means that even if I do managed to get both doors open (I'm currently locked inside the sub) there is no way to separate the sub from the ship again?

Just wondering how I can solve this...

The pumps will start draining the ballasts tanks if u unpress the drain button if the pumps are working really slow its bcz ur too deep and pumps dont have a lot of force to push the water out, that feature is to save space in the cockpit.
lobb 12 Dec, 2020 @ 2:08am
how do you empty the ballast tanks?
General Dropkick 11 Dec, 2020 @ 9:50am
