Look at FPS Asti comments below and my response to him. You most likely answered no to replacing materials. You have to say YES to all. THis is a workshop bug...
Epsilon 2 Sep, 2016 @ 9:28pm

Epsilon 2 Sep, 2016 @ 9:28pm

Pte Jack  [author] 25 May, 2015 @ 9:04am
Unsubscribe open SFM and let the update take place. Resubscribe, but this time when it askes if you want to replace materials say Yes To All in each of the prompts that pop up.

FoolCat 12 Apr, 2015 @ 5:33pm
is there a mod for just the ice full modles
Pte Jack  [author] 7 Jul, 2014 @ 8:12am
Wow, Gengar, Sorry don't know why I missed your post... The ice and gold materials are in the tf materials/models/player/shared folder. That is where these pull them from. Don't know why you can't get them they are default materials.
Algaesar 7 Jul, 2014 @ 7:53am
I see head people!
Dec 3 May, 2014 @ 12:36pm
none of the heads have the gold or ice. what's the full path of the addons? that might be where i'm messing up. ive been using tf_movies for the heads, but that's the only place i can find them.
Pte Jack  [author] 2 May, 2014 @ 5:51pm
nope, it should install automatically from the workshop. Which head is it?
Dec 2 May, 2014 @ 5:36pm
I know that they're skins, but the last two skins are only the zombified skins.
Did I install it incorrectly or...???
Pte Jack  [author] 2 May, 2014 @ 4:48pm
They are skins of the heads, (the last 2 if I remember correctly)
Dec 2 May, 2014 @ 4:03pm
where are the ice and gold heads????
Pte Jack  [author] 21 Mar, 2014 @ 2:51pm
Don't know, I doubt that they would have the flexes and would only show up as static props. I used the SFM Studiomdl to compile them.
BriefCasey 21 Mar, 2014 @ 1:35pm
Do these work in Garry's Mod?
Pte Jack  [author] 19 Mar, 2014 @ 9:43pm
the pyro doesn't have presets... He/she doesn't have phoneme or facial animations other than the one's I added to it.
Pte Jack  [author] 19 Mar, 2014 @ 9:41pm
Totally unsubscribe from ALL the heads, even the demo that works. Allow steam to clear them out. Close SFM. Maybe even do a reboot of the computer. Start Steam, go to the community and resub the heads. Begin one at a time. Then try one or two before subbing the rest. Let me know if it works...
rat queen 19 Mar, 2014 @ 9:05pm
Still nothing. Also the Pyro doesn't have any of those presets. Demoman works and everyone else is inexplicably ERRORs. No picture becasue there's nothing to show.
Pte Jack  [author] 19 Mar, 2014 @ 8:47pm
Doh, forgot the picture...

Send the AnimationSets to the element view, see if the presets are there for the heads that aren't working.

If they aren't, right click on the presetGroups header then select import element. When the browser opens, change the file type to "All Files" point it to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\SourceFilmmaker\game\workshop\models\player\hwm
then select the three presets (Filename ends in .pre) for the head you're working with. The browser WILL allow you to select multiple files. )

Once the presets are in place, try the models again.
rat queen 19 Mar, 2014 @ 8:14pm
Ok all of a sudden the models deleted themselves so I resubscribed and they all stopped working except Demoman. Here's Pyro's element viewer readout for example. http://i.imgur.com/buk1Pfd.jpg
Everything looks to be in order from what I can see, what is wrong with it? It's not been moved or anything, I literally just subscribed to it.
Pte Jack  [author] 14 Mar, 2014 @ 6:40pm
All the heads should be located in sfm's \game\workshop\models\player\hwmfolder. Check there to see if they exist. If not, unsubscribe and then resub
Pte Jack  [author] 14 Mar, 2014 @ 6:33pm
Or are the error messages you're seeing the one about Iceplayer wants to be overwritten?
FranckyFox2468 14 Mar, 2014 @ 6:32pm
yep
Pte Jack  [author] 14 Mar, 2014 @ 6:31pm
Did you get the message that SFM had finished downloading the files?
FranckyFox2468 14 Mar, 2014 @ 6:28pm
nope, i just pushed subscribe and then error logos.
Pte Jack  [author] 14 Mar, 2014 @ 6:14pm
Are you moving them from their download locations?
FranckyFox2468 14 Mar, 2014 @ 4:20pm
For some reasons i get error logos for all of them except sniper
Pte Jack  [author] 12 Mar, 2014 @ 1:50pm
Right click on the head in the animation set editor, then add a material override, send the head to the element view and expand the materials. find the neck and see what material it is using. If it shows you model\player\hvyweapons\heavy_neck.vmt, take a screen shot of that and post it somewhere you can give me a link to. I may have to re-eval the materials that got sent to the workshop.
Kawao 12 Mar, 2014 @ 12:22pm
@Pte Jack
oh my bad but i do have

heavy_neck.vtf
heavy_neck.vtm

just wondering if it would be possible that the material has been overighten with the heavy's head material and if you know of anything i can view with?
Pte Jack  [author] 12 Mar, 2014 @ 12:04pm
No, those are the HWM heads skins and the model does call for them for one of the skins. The neck should reside in the folder I told you about in the other discussion group.
Kawao 12 Mar, 2014 @ 12:01pm
@Pte Jack
I guess i was lookin in the wrong area cuz i found the materials and if it helps here are the names of the materials i found in there

heavy_head.vtf
heavy_head_blue.vtf
heavy_head_compress.vtf
heavy_head_exponent.vtf
heavy_head_phongmask.vtf
heavy_head_strech.vtf
Pte Jack  [author] 10 Mar, 2014 @ 5:07am
Huh?... Yes they are all done.
VMan_2002 10 Mar, 2014 @ 1:49am
But they are all done already!
Pte Jack  [author] 6 Mar, 2014 @ 11:13pm
They alll belong in that HWM folder. Had you not moved them They would have been fine. Also so that you know, I have updated the spy head.
rat queen 6 Mar, 2014 @ 9:56pm
Now some of them are working, but the soldier, pyro, sniper, medic, and engineer still give me trouble.
Pte Jack  [author] 6 Mar, 2014 @ 7:23pm
@ Bek_Rwmpleton... Yup, you've manually moved the model from the workshop folder and put it in your TF_movies folder. The path is wrong. You currently have it in your TF_movies\models\player folder. It needs to be in your tf_movies\models\player\hwm folder with the HWM models. When this model downloads from the workshop it goes into the sourcefilmmaker\game\workshop\models\player\hwm\ folder. Nice try, but you missed the mark... Move the demo_head files down one more level into the hwm folder and you should be good to go.
Pte Jack  [author] 6 Mar, 2014 @ 7:19pm
@ Bek_Templeton... Your models is not in the proper folder. I'm investigating the install now. Standby.

Pte Jack  [author] 1 Mar, 2014 @ 11:18pm
this is strange. Can you upload a screen shot of the element viewer for one of them? I need to see the information like in this picture http://i.imgur.com/dMtyeJc.jpg
rat queen 1 Mar, 2014 @ 7:29pm
Well I redownlaoded them and they're still showing up as errors.
Pte Jack  [author] 1 Mar, 2014 @ 12:21am
You don't have to move workshop downloads. They install into ther proper folders straight from the download. If you do move them you have to make sure you put them onto the proper folder path. if you don't then they will be invisible.
rat queen 28 Feb, 2014 @ 7:34pm
To where? I put them in the same folder as the HWM models but it didn't seem to work.
Pte Jack  [author] 27 Feb, 2014 @ 8:47pm
Have you tried to move them from the folder that they download to???
rat queen 27 Feb, 2014 @ 6:59pm
All except the Spy head show up as errors. Curiously, when I select the Scout head to add to the scene, the model viewer acts like I haven't selected a model at all.
