It seems like years have gone by that these simple, quick, easy changes have not been added to vanilla. In fact, multiple factors of multiple years have gone by with little being done. Well, heres to the next 9 years of development :sefacepalm:

make sure to put in your applications for work with KSH, it seems like they need a good leader and some devs that have lots of experience being accurate and especially thorough instead of clumsy and acting like a whiny loose cannon

usually i have few generators working in tandems linear to main axis of grid/ship
if this can work to cover missing parts and i can use less gens, this will be brilliant
i know is weird, but usually my builds are quite large, right im working on model [ not mine, just rebuilding ] that a bit over 1km

It does not work properly if any axis is larger then 150 away from the generator

can it work with tandem to other generators? im talking about BIG grids, like 500-1000m :D

It should be the max of the generator itself. Either that or 150. I can't remember if I got it working or not. 3:

Sorry about the late replies! An ingame version might be possible. But not sure.
They will overlap.
And the gravity settings will remain if changing worlds, but the ability to auto set will not be possible any longer.

This is beautiful if it works, not that it's that hard to set the grid gravity but it's nice to have it be that much easier
