Report a translation problem
Instead of modifying the succession laws themselves to allow primo succession without the innovation, you could add the "Primogeniture" innovation to the player's culture during the event when you apply the succession law.
So
root.culture = { add_innovation = innovation_primogeniture }
Under "0750.a" & "0752.a"
I believe this should work even when the late medieval era isn't unlocked.
It still says it's 1.8.*

Uninstalling and redownloading the mod worked for me. Note: It is the last mod in the load order.
