Yep it was still working, however I have "updated" it now so there is no yellow warning sign lol

It's everyone, as it just improves title ranks, not buffing the players directly.

This is exactly what is needed in making a big empire, starting 10 knights makes the difference, plus the extra domain! Thank you!
