In the first year in game, i had 2 blazing feathers drop. with this mod, i can just add them to my fire qi gathering setup and not have to worry about burning the place to the ground.
I can have multiple freezers at ground zero without wasting my first soul pearls and not have to worry about my outer disciples freezing to death in the winter when they go to get lunch.
I can have greenhouses and feed potential body cultivators without starving everyone else out, or keep the herb farms going for the alchemists.
Guests that visit with fire or water elemental affinities can now happily cultivate in peace no matter how trash their gear is. In fact, i can have entire buildings just for my fire and water cultivators without issue for the outer peons that come sweep
Just a splash of simple, flexible utility in a game that is full of very complex systems.
When you first place it it won't work properly, you will set room temperature on the incenser but it won't be fixed and will return to normal right after.
Here is the workaround for those with same issue.
There are 2 ways to fix it.
First way:
•Place incense and set temperature.
•Camp and enter any sect/map.
•Return to your sect.
•Fixed temperature will now be working as it should
Second Way: (best)
•Place Incense and set temperature
•Save
•Load
Anyways, thanks a lot for this amazing mod. While temp. management in itself doesn't bother me so much (it's mostly twice a year anyways), after 3 years in-game it gets hold for greenhouses and every bedrooms (yeah, my outter live like kings). And when you drown in soul pearls and beast blood, it's just a matter of clicking a lot of displays rather than an actual difficult thing to do, so I would see this as QoL and not cheating haha.
I don't use those in my cultivation room as I balanced fire with water and I like having lots of display to manage the spirit roots chambers, it looks very feng shui/magic done with decorative elements lol.
It's not a lighting device, like i thought, and not in the lighting pane
