Custom built town in Malden's Airport.
CQB Environment with lots of cover, furnished interiors for extra immersion, and interior+exterior patrolling enemies.
Methodically clear every building and room and prevent an execution, or don't.
Was a great suggestion, had to add it.
- Added a "Skip Time" function to a laptop on the briefing table. You can now skip forward by 3hrs at a time by hitting the addAction via the laptop.
There should be multiple V/arsenals in the staging area of the Liberty mission. There's a Supply Box and a Ammo Container near the briefing table.
But I'll give that a look over too and make sure it's there as I'm adding the skipTime laptops to all the CQB missions today.
As to the Liberty mission, you don't have a full virtual arsenal enabled. If that's by design, no worries; I notice some gear is present, but not the whole arsenal.
And here to find the rescue objective you have to find the intel on a table in the big barracks building. It’s an execution rescue too so be fast when breaching 😅
I might just be retarded, so I'm going to have to play the other objective-featuring modes more to determine if there's something borked with the objectives not ticking off, or if I am simply not finding the HVT or using enough explosives on the power station. WRT the HVT, I am routinely running Lambs_AI so the dude might have run halfway to Houdan on me, that would then be on me rather than the mission.
Yeh righto I did put the 'randomness' a bit more towards day time.
I'll add the function to a laptop so that it's clearly visible like the godmode laptop. And I'll go through and add it to all the CQB missions today and update them all. Sometimes radio triggers aren't noticed.
Very good feedback mate, much appreciated
The work you've done on these missions is otherwise excellent, really enjoy them, but have finally played all of them enough to see that the random time settings are not so random on my end either when I locally host for myself off LAN or locally host internet for a group of mates.
Right now it's random by 2-14hrs forward/back.
Yeh square sizes are for Whiteboards and those square Dual Rugged Screens.
Everything else like Billboards, TV screens, PC Screens, Rugged PC Screens are rectangle sizes so 512x256px, 1024x512px, or 2048x1024px
1 = Square
2 = Rectangles
3 = Briefing Table+Screen
Basically the whiteboard needs square sizes only, otherwise it will skew your image. Laptops and other screens use rectangular sizes.
Square images in general want to be 1024x1024px or 2048x2048px. For whiteboards I use 2048px size.
For laptops I use 1024x512px size. This keeps it nice and sharp without blowing out the file sizes.
Keep in mind you always stay in in the 256px, 512px, 1024px, 2048px sizes.
And yea it is all done in one image, but in the photoshop file I have many layers and many images.
Adding in drop shadows to all the little pieces help make them look like they're taped on the surface. But it's all one flat image when exporting from photoshop.
Hope that makes sense dude, if not please PM me and I'll try break it down further.
There are a few pretty helpful tutorials on YT regarding custom images on screens. They might explain it better than I can.
For example; in your briefing photos of the map, it is only one picture you made in photo shop right?
When I apply my briefing photo to the white board, its one picture from photoshop, but meant to look like many smaller photos, yet when I apply this picture to the whiteboard asset, my pictures are all oblong and misshaped. Do I have to change the sizing to something special?

Cheers man, yep that's exactly what I'm going for with these CQB missions.
New mission dropping tonight! CQB on board the USS Liberty
This mission is completely Vanilla so you could play it without any mods, then add one by one if you're bothered.
Sounds fun though.. Spontaneously exploding
I can tell you 100% there is no blow up trigger or anything like that.
Really not sure what’s happening on your end. Are you running it with mods?
is this addon conflict or something or am i just retarded?
The illusion of depth is pulled off by adding a tiny bit of Drop Shadow on all the maps, pics, post-its and strings.
Hope that makes sense.
.
If you're a fan of this keep an eye out for my new CQB mission dropping this weekend

AI team interfere with the stealth mechanic because of the way AI to AI see/report each other.
But it's very solo friendly
