@Brehm have you ever searched "wall light" in the workshop?
Luca2Sly 12 Feb, 2024 @ 3:49pm
Honestly all I really want from these mods is that sweet sweet wall light.

This has been moved into the core version (with 1.3 update) - just go to mod settings and check "lite"
Mr. Mauer (Mollari) 1 Nov, 2021 @ 6:18pm
any chance for an update?
gom40 19 Oct, 2021 @ 12:13pm
1.3please
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
xabr 15 Oct, 2021 @ 8:43pm
yeah, my game is lagging too much to add something as big as the core version, the lite version would be ideal. its a shame
Sound Expert 5 Oct, 2021 @ 3:46am
what the person said right below me. you should be thinking "hmm, its highly possible the people who want this mod have 100 other mods for their games and their current loading times are too much, maybe i should update the smaller lite version to cut out the extra unneeded loading time from content they dont want from the bigger core version"
Torkkar 26 Aug, 2021 @ 5:54pm
ok so for THOSE of us worried about File size this the SMALLER file with what we actually need/want is nolonger being maintaind but the BIGGER file in core has an option to disable it automation... BUT the game still need to load a drasticly larger file then chop out 80% but its still loading that hidden 80%...

just update the Lite mod dude.
Bradical Terrorist 26 Jul, 2021 @ 1:08am
I got this mod so that I could have conveyor belts for VFEM. I cannot however, figure out how to fuel the machines. currently I have fueling machines pointed towards hoppers on the factory machines, pulling from a stockpile, but that doesnt seem to work.
smitty_the_smith 24 Jul, 2021 @ 5:53pm
Is this the mod where the pullers pull until a specified zone is full? I know there's a mod like that but I don't know which one.
Mcsqizzy 19 Jul, 2021 @ 4:29pm
honestly this update on updates is great
zyMex  [author] 19 Jul, 2021 @ 4:43am
=== INFORMATION ===
This will not getting updated to 1.3 as Lite is included as a option in Core mod instead.
This will also mean its getting updated with core each update.

Bug Report: Smart hoppers pull items off of belts.
Scorpio 30 Jun, 2021 @ 10:40am
When this will be updated to have the fixes and improvements of core version
Mcsqizzy 27 Jun, 2021 @ 10:45am
anyway to get the ports or the smart hoppers to act like hoppers so mechanoid factions mod can pull from them or is this a question for the mechanoid mod?
Mavoc 24 Jun, 2021 @ 8:46pm
The splitters do not seem to correctly use the output to entire stockpile option without a belt in between the splitter and the stockpile.
HawnHan 24 Jun, 2021 @ 1:53am
Research defName of patch for Industrial Roller are wrong,so will get the errors when enable both of mod at the same time.
Mavoc 21 Jun, 2021 @ 9:27am
Seems the errors were due to also having the latest Industrial Rollers installed. I have uninstalled it as this mod fixes the issue I had with IR.
Mavoc 21 Jun, 2021 @ 8:38am
I just installed this and got a bunch of errors at load that look like
Could not resolve cross-reference to Verse.ResearchProjectDef named PRFRollers (wanter=researchPrerequisites)
Taylor7500 19 Jun, 2021 @ 1:29pm
First time using this so I may be missing something, but how are you meant to feed smart hoppers into belts? The hopper just pulls everything off the belt and back again.

I've tried UG belts but it just pulls the item off the belt entrance too.
Damon_Vi 17 Jun, 2021 @ 6:53pm
this is my first time using this mod, and i've built the i/o ports, but their description on how they work is lacking when it comes to input.

the output ports are working, and my colonists are hauling the items directly to the storage unit, but the inputs are being ignored, and i don't see special instruction (if any), for how to set them up. is it truly just as simple as "build input, colonists start slapping items into input after selecting storage unit"?
Lucky 11 Jun, 2021 @ 10:20am
what does "turn off default storage settings" do exactly?
[IoD]Sn1p3rr3c0n  [author] 8 Jun, 2021 @ 7:40am
@Kalrizion
I’m not aware that we ever had such an issue. This mod also doesn't add any “Servers” so I'm not sure if this is just a misunderstanding.
Noisy Koi 7 Jun, 2021 @ 6:00pm
has the bug with all the crates/servers *Freezing* until you restart the game or replace the bugged crates been fixed yet? it's the only reason I don't use this mod.
Eldar Farseer 1 Jun, 2021 @ 9:15pm
i think about picking this mod, does it refuel ship engines from sos2 or only torpedytubes.
[IoD]Sn1p3rr3c0n  [author] 1 Jun, 2021 @ 12:55pm
@3am Coffee
Assuming that you use "Designator Shapes" just use the line shape, as you can't rotate items with the other ones.
Bongwater 1 Jun, 2021 @ 12:34pm
Hi! i can't seem to be able to rotate the conveyor belts to any direction, they're always pointing north. Any suggestions or insights on how to fix this?
PremierVader 28 May, 2021 @ 8:46am
Is there any way to get just the wooden and steel stockpile crates from the mod?
Lucky 22 May, 2021 @ 2:47pm
is there an option tab to disable certain objects? id just rather use deep storage then the crates.
Vantig 11 Apr, 2021 @ 3:09pm
The fueling machine doesn't work for SOS2 torpedos for me. I followed the instructions and placed the fueling machine with the yellow part towards the torpedo tube, with an IO port outputting torpedos right behind the machine. It doesn't "refuel" the torpedo tube.
Stallion 26 Mar, 2021 @ 4:20pm
Is there any way to assign a conveyer belt as a stockpile? I'd like my crafter to drop things on a belt.
Nex-Razin 22 Mar, 2021 @ 12:08pm
I am unable to fuel mortars with the fuelling machine. I've tried both vanilla mortar and the vanilla expanded artillery but it does not fuel them with shells.
robinzilla 13 Mar, 2021 @ 10:09am
I have another small issue that I wanted to ask about. Everything is working fine, but I noticed that the the standard hoppers do not have an option for limiting the quantity of items placed on them. I really like how the DSU has those I/O devices that allow you to control how many of an item are stacked there when set to output. Is there anyway to limit how many can be stacked in the hoppers?

I ask because I want to limit say how much steel is put into one. I have the component factory going and it has 4 hopper spots for steel. I was thinking I would limit each to holding just 15 steel so that I could still use the DSU to distribute steel to other places in the base. I have ogre stacks as well, so right now everyone just tries to pile all of my steel onto a single hopper, so I've had to manually manage this. Thanks.
robinzilla 10 Mar, 2021 @ 8:45am
@[IoD]Sn1p3rr3c0n Thanks! I knew it had to be something I was missing.
[IoD]Sn1p3rr3c0n  [author] 10 Mar, 2021 @ 1:38am
@donut
If you are referring to the Fridge IO Port then yes (Just like with RimFridge (It’s a Patch)).
Using the standard IO Port you will be able to output rotten corpses.
donut 9 Mar, 2021 @ 3:51pm
Thanks for the updates! One question: are the holographic storage IO ports unable to handle rotten corpses by design? The storage itself takes them in and input ports work, but output doesn't have "allow rotten" option.
[IoD]Sn1p3rr3c0n  [author] 8 Mar, 2021 @ 11:11pm
@robinzilla
Right click on the DSU in the Architect menu and you will find them there.
robinzilla 8 Mar, 2021 @ 6:14pm
Hi there. I've been really enjoying this mod, but there is one issue that I'm running into. I built the Digital Storage Unit, but I cannot figure out where the I/O ports are to place. I assumed I needed to build them too, but I don't see them anywhere in the menus to build. Do you have to manufacture them from a workbench? Im happy to provide a log if needed, but I'm thinking I am just missing something lol. Thanks.
catharsis 27 Feb, 2021 @ 6:39pm
Yea, my bad. I didn't actually look in the game yet and was just looking at this page alone. Sorry for the silly question.
[IoD]Sn1p3rr3c0n  [author] 27 Feb, 2021 @ 10:53am
@circle.
We already have in-Wall & Underground belts.
catharsis 27 Feb, 2021 @ 8:57am
Are there any plans to add in-wall and/or underground belts, like in Industrial Rollers?
KingArthurGames 24 Feb, 2021 @ 3:43pm
@[IoD]Sn1p3rr3c0n will do

KingArthurGames 24 Feb, 2021 @ 12:24pm
for some reason my pawns absolutely refuse to drop things in I/O ports going so far as to say there is nowhere to haul items to when there clearly is if they can't get directly to the DSU. Any idea what I might be doing wrong? I triple checked that the port is set to input and connected to the right DSU but only output ports seem to want to work.
TheToric 23 Feb, 2021 @ 6:43pm
VFE mechanoid factories seem to be unable to pull from smart hoppers
