It's a... fascinating spelling mistake. Makes it recognizable, though.

@Padelboot: If you're using default launcher, then that might happen and you'd need to go to mod-folder (should be something like Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\268500\2327267528) and edit DutchvanderLindeViuceoack.XComMod (yes, with spelling mistake) in text-editor (like notepad) and change RequiresXPACK=true into RequiresXPACK=false.

Or just grab Alternative Mod Launcher and it should not matter anymore.

Description says it doesn't require WotC, but unfortunetaly the game won't let me activate the voice pack without WotC. :/

@Papa Beej: Grab Alternative Mod Launcher https://github.com/X2CommunityCore/xcom2-launcher/releases/latest and you'll be able to run vanilla VPs in WotC.
