I've got time now, might work on it a bit in the next few days and release a repaintable version.
All modern rolling stock is MU capable, it's only some older stock that has not been converted. I.e. the Ae6/6 I have also uploaded is not MU equipped irl so would typically not double head.
I have seen consists of only these locomotives run without coaches.
I've never seen a BT-B-A-Re460 consist coupled to another BT-B-A-Re460 but it would be a waste of tractive effort.
I have seen BT-B-A-Re460-B-BT consists with the locomotive sandwiched in the middle. These are not fixed consists.
