Хорошее, компактное здание. Но с таким размером склада, без коннектора тех. дорожки для подключения внешнего склада - практически бесполезно.

PSA: if you put this bulilding in the middle of the road, it will BLOCK the road for pedestrians

Asphalt always lay near the facade, because this is a blind area that protects the foundation from water. I tried to do it as little as possible :)
