Your building is so important in my games that it has become something of a general objective every time I start a game. Also because the construction effort (amount of material and time) is realistic.
But I leave a suggestion: review the 3D model of the building and try to optimize it by reducing the amount of polygons (without reducing the quality, of course), because I lose FPS every time it's under construction (when it's covered with plans and scaffolding ). Thanks :)

Duke Flapjack, My PC configuration: i5 6400, gtx 1050ti, 8 RAM. Placement of the construction reaches about 30 fps, and during the construction, which shows metal frames, reaches 15-20 fps.

Finally this behemoth is released to Steam! Does it still physically melt your GPU like it used to?

Maybe make a version that serves as a massive hotel? I would also just make it depend on the city hall version since it is 7 MB.

Хотелось бы вариант в виде универа (типа штаба партии), если можно. Горкомы функционально редко используются (тем более такого масштаба), музеи тоже не особо частая тема. А вот университетов почти всегда не хватает и такое здание по логике могло бы собирать тысячи студентов и профессоров+рабочих.

Víðarr, хороший вопрос. Попробовал ставить желтоватый оттенок, но не вписывается в стиль, поэтому поставил нейтральный цветовой оттенок. Хотел еще сказать, что нет точных информаций, какого цвета и цветового сочетания Дворец Советов применялся. Также существуют несколько вариантов, где существуют разных архитектурных стилей

А почему он серый, а не желтый?
