I suppose that you mean that the Constitutional Monarchy of Equestria is not under a specific "Constitutional Monarch" sub-ideology, but likely under harmonic monarchy. Seems to fit the bill, well enough. These are all fantasy ideologies, only related to the real world. A harmonic monarchy in this world could include constitutions.

check the subideology under icon, i sure there is will be harmonic monarchy or something same. I made icons for (sub)ideologies which already INCLUDED in base mod. well this terminology is stupid on my opinion, but thats what we have. thanks PDX.
