@Gigazelle - I think it does add alot of charachter, I am hoping that this item will be put on tf2 :)

@Strashniy Velikan - Yes, the mod includes both the model and texture. I haven't tried using .vpk's in SFM, so you may want to use GCFscape to extract the assets.

@Captain Cutler - They are tilted slightly off to the side and forward, similar to the voodoo juju. In my opinion it adds more character to the hat that just straight on, like most of the other hats in the game.
