@RadiKyle - I see what you mean. The handcart was rotated to not intersect with something on the rail cargo station. On the lamps, they'd need to quite a bit big and I'd prefer not make a significant change after it's been out so long.

Hi, I realize this is an older mod, but the handcarts that replace the modern orange pump truck assets at seaports are rotated 180 degrees from correct orientation and so collide inside other assets and waiting cargo. Just need to be spun z 180 degrees to fix (but only those replacement carts, the carts that were already there are ok).

Also the old-style lamp posts are too short for the terminal number signs on seaports. If they were scaled ~1m taller I think they'd be perfect. (Lowering the signs instead might cause issues for other mods, like one I'm working on...) Thanks, cheers!

Thank goodness I came across this mod! Having all those modern fittings on the platforms has bothered me from day one of having the game. Thank you JK, this is much appreciated indeed!

@The Count - This should affect everything that already exists. (And disabling it will revert back to what it was.)

Great mod!
Does it affect already built items or do they have to be placed again?

Thanks for your feedback. I'll check the port again, might be a brain fart on my end.
Cheers

@Claude - I think it has some affect on the cargo port already. I think I looked at the truck stop at the time and it wasn't straightforward to remove/replace the modern parts. So I've no further plans in these areas.

Hey there JK,
would you plan to include the ports' facilities and truck's delivery station at some point ?
Cheers

@JK I see - so you're editing the model's script as opposed to editing the model itself? I might have a tinker then, as I'm quite used to script-based modding. The model editor won't even launch for me now anyway!

@swiftsure - Thanks. It's mostly code/script skill, understanding what it's doing to know what to change. The Model Editor can be used to see what assets are already in the game.

Excellent - I actually tried to do this myself a while ago but couldn't figure out the modding tools. Was it quite straightforward to do? I'd quite like to do this across the board with all the industries too, so they fit into the early era much better. I always find it really jarring seeing all the modern fittings and machinery in the steam era.

Thank you. Glad I am not the only one that noticed that BS of electric lights in 1890s

Appreciate the improved realism, thank you.

Finally! I always hoped for a mod like this! The way too modern looking cargo stations and factories always annoyed me.
