Hey Lusca, there's no need to update the mod. Just enable the Arachnophobia Filter I'm the game's General Settings. It's all integrated now!

If you're on the QoD beta, yes, we've integrated this into the game as an accessibility option. The mod will remain up for anyone who wants it on the prior versions.

This is the first request I've gotten for that, and (probably) the only thing keeping me from doing it is the first-person claws require extra artwork. There are not currently plans for that, but I'll put it on my backlog since you asked.
