@EvametryE thanks for the feedback. I was having trouble finding a good roof texture. I'll take a look and see if I can improve it!

you should really consider trying to keep the roof texture at the same resolution as that of the brickwork, as the difference in resolution is glaring since the bricks are super crisp and the roof looks like its from a LOD texture, which is kinda a shame since the roof is what you'll see the most in this game.

@algernon I agree, I don't love the flat text look even with it having a normal map.. I went back and forth between doing props for those signs and chose not to as I didn't want to flood subscribers with props and make the asset extremely heavy. I have always wondered if people prefer an asset plain or to be decorated some. I lean toward thinking that the average player just wants to plop it and move on. The detailer will take the time to remove props in the asset editor if they like something enough to want it a specific way. In this case I could either make a single prop that sticks all the flat signs on that would be removable in the asset editor, or just load an undecorated building to the workshop. What does anyone prefer? If I don't hear back, I'm leaning toward just releasing a second plain version for those that want it.

@zoombird the BNY Mellon Center is in my plans, not quite sure when though... The Cathedral of Learning is more of a stretch. It is like the crown jewel for cool unique Pittsburgh buildings, but probably too detailed for my current skill level. I wouldn't want to release it if I couldn't do it justice. Someday!

Would it be possible to get a version without the signs/logos baked into the texture?

That way we can apply and customise our own with props/PO (and avoid the fake pixellated look you get with text in building textures).
