Yes dude that´s a really good idea i can barely hear the sound of a finished operation.. I would appreciate such a mod !

Yes and No. It pops up an event, which is inherently ironman-incompatible.
If you can imagine any other way to remind the player of finished operations, please do say so.

Buuuuuut: There is a sound in the files that plays when an operation finishes (default is barely hearable). You CAN modify that sound and that IS ironman-compatible.

I can do that if you like.

This is excellent, except,
Localization file 'localisation/spyreminder_l_english.yml' should be in in utf-8-bom encoding.
It still works, but is annoying as heck tripping errors to the log.
