CE is indeed patched for this mod from their own end!

it seems the implants in this mod is made to completely replace the brain, that makes it impossible to use with other implants such as a Cyberbrain or a Psylink once it's installed.
Is this what you were expecting, or is there a way I can make it work with other brain implants?

Pardon me if this comes off as dickish, but how is it that you haven't added the "Advanced Soldier System" armor to the mod yet? You seem to already have had the art for it done for awhile now, what else do you need to do for it to be ready to release? I've never made a mod before so I obviously don't know what needs to be done behind the scenes so maybe it makes sense that it hasn't been released.
