这个MOD我自己一直在用，倒是还没遇到刷不出来的情况。可能是你的MOD冲突，也可能是刷出来后还在路上没走到酒吧？再等等看，还没有那就估计得导入了。

会随机出现在世界之脊的三个酒吧（东迎宾酒吧、帝国餐厅、旧帝国风情吧）里。旧帝国风情吧的座位在楼顶，容易看漏。

阿格努失踪挺常见的，如果你以前去过滥用之塔又没救他出来，就容易刷没。这个MOD对原版阿格努不会有任何影响。

If this bug has already occurred and you are unwilling to give up the save, you can solve it by importing the game.

This is a famous bug in the game itself and has nothing to do with any mods. When you select New Game during the game process (rather than the title screen), there are random cities that become empty.

So, I tried out the Cyber-Beep start and it worked perfectly, everyone was where they were supposed to be and the place was lively, so, I decided to go to the city in a new save, using a modded start, but, problem was, when I entered the city after it loaded in, there wasn't a soul in sight. This a problem with the mod or the start I used?

Like the note said, Beep of Mongrel and Agnu of Abuse are still in place.
Regarding another problem, it can be solved with this .

Hey got a question , does this mod remove normal beep from mongrel and places him in the city ?, also is there any way to fix the dialogues and overall text in the city ? , the city has no name for me and all the characters have blank dialogues.

I'm sure there is no conflict unless the other mods have other cities in the same location. The only world state is that while the Emperor is alive, his army will patrol the Skinner's Roam.
