AVIAN:
Avians have tails or feathery arms. I know it's been done before, but if you wanna make 'em true to their actual species, that's what I'd do.

You could also put scales on the arms/legs of the Avians. I would only do legs, 'cause the arms are like the wings. (Birds don't have four legs. They're not griffins. Okay, in a way they are, but you know what I mean.)

Yeah! It's clientside and only changes up the textures, so you can use it with FU; I've actually done that myself!
