right click on the item - select style, and change the color of that item. THe item is made in such a way to change the color of every single piece independently.

How do you change the style? Mine stays at the blue style. Would love to change to other style. :)

Nothing. it needs you to do nothing. You buy the set and all the colors are available by default as styles, no need to watch any games to have it change unlike other sets.

What do you mean by "fully unlock"? I'm thinking of the styles (Color) fully unlock. Unlike the previous set which you have to watch a certain amount of games for a certain team. Or does it mean something else?

Some heros are not available to make sets for because valve maybe wants to change their appearance. For instance Venomancer had a very old set that was for the old model which was well made but never got in because the designers didnt knew that valve had planned to change the look on Veno. So its kinda tricky to do that.
