With JFD's release of the new Rise to Power mod (since all of JFDLC mods are no longer supported), I'm afraid the Events & Decisions mod might not be anymore compatible with RtP. It might be the causes for runtime errors that the dll code would malfunction.
Not very realistically unfortunately. I've been way too busy with real life recently to do much with my mods, and I don't play with E&D very much myself, so it wouldn't be all that high on the list.
I'll probably focus on making at least the Hidamari Civ first though, just to give BMB some time.

I'll use that time to figure out how to actually get 3D assets into the game lol.
I do still need 3d assets, though the harder hurdle has been getting it into civ 5.
I'd love to see you bring this to the next generation. Though, if you're not planning on doing one for VI, would you mind if I used this as inspiration to try and set one up myself?
Cheers ^^
Well, it's also possible that if I rig it onto a civ 4 unit model and port it over it might work, but that's not certain, but I do need to remember to try..
I'm longing for that!
There are various things you could do to get the originals, but if you want the version in the mod, you can find it in ...\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\Mods\Railgun Civ (v 1)\Music\War\. It's actually part of the mod.
