It's very nice and put together. Quite lovely. Looking forward to seeing what else is done with it in the future.

No worries, FuriousSimian. Though could you make a DLC version with LOADS of Hearthfire gardens? I find that incredibly helpful to get my alchemy to 100 and make tons of cash while at it. Thanks a ton in advance if that's possible!

If you intend to keep it a "no load door" home ask DarkFox127 about how to keep the rain from clipping. He did it with his Riverside Shack. The windows he used would be a good addition too.

Hello all. Thank you for your patience.
I am now back from abroad and so hope to address and improve many of the issues that you have highlighted.
First off will be the basics, such as utilities and crafting stations. Next I will try to control the landscape a it more (Stupid grass everywhere). After that, more furnishings and lighting.
Beyond that - extra features if possible. I have kept this house vanilla so no DLC is required. This obviously has its limitations, however I must keep accessibility in mind for those who havent bought all the expansions.

TL;DR - I'm working on it.

Keep working on it. When it's done let us know. Please

Is the garden useable like the one from Hearthfire?

It looks pretty cool, but a house with no doors...anyone or anything can come in..I'll add it to my favorits..maybe you can fix that and I'll subscribe...but you did a great job on it....peace

I like it so far but could be improved. First I would raise the house and deck up some so the grass and weeds are not coming up through the floor boards. You might also widen or enlarge the deck area so you can go all the way around the house without rubbing up against the walls or railing.

If I am going to be able to craft in a home then I want to be able to craft everything there. Not possible in this home because there are no Smelter or Enchanting table.

You might also fix it so it does not rain inside the house.

Like I said, so far so good but can be better.

thats a nice looking house,a good size, would be great when finnished, given you not add 50 not so secret rooms underground like all the other house mods.

You are welcome. I'll be checking back soon, can't wait to see the finished home. BTW Hearthfire is only &4.99US. The homes it provides are not that great IMHO but the features are good for mod homes.

Hi @bigwhitehound,
Thank you for your comments and suggestions, you have some very good ideas there!
I have been adding some bookshelves today, and hope to find room for more (maybe upstairs). Same goes for the weapon racks.
Having the garden useable would be lovely. I have not used Hearthfire so far, but it may be worth porting it over...
I definitely like the idea of the fence and well. Make it a bit more Homestead-like. Doors have now been added, although I wont lock people out untill I find somewhere good to store the key!
Certainly lots to work with! Thank you for taking the time to comment. It makes my job a lot easier and also more rewarding.

Looks like it has potential. IMHO this is what every home needs. The smithing set up, all 5 parts, should be outside. Ideally on a stone pad. A outhouse/bathroom should be close by. Lots of Active Bookshelf Space!! At least racks for 6 weapons and 1 shield/weapon plaque. The garden should be useable, meaning you can plant and harvest whatever you want. A horse stable is a must. A fence around the property would be nice along with a well or water pump. for looks. Full name saved, and if not Heartfire friendly, then have the option of adding beds for children so you can move them into the house with a mod. A "needs a Key" to enter, with the key attainable in some easy way.
Hope you will consider my ideas.
