Excellent puzzle, there were some very nice moves:steamthumbsup:

I played this about a year ago, replayed it today. Amazed I didn't favorite it before, this is probably some of the strongest mono-portal logic on the workshop. The in-n-out portal shuffle to put the cube on the floor surface is one of my favorite moves in all of portal 2. Outstanding stuff.

That was a tough one!

I got stuck on one move in the middle, so the difficulty rating of this one is appropriate.
rasmaniac 6 Aug, 2023 @ 6:53am
Such a good puzzle! Perfect level of difficulty for me, and incredible satisfying to solve.

This messed with my brain! Beautiful puzzle!

This chamber was so good that it married me and then fucked my husband and then my husband got a divorce just to be with this chamber
CatSurfer 20 Feb, 2023 @ 10:47pm
Amazing puzzle! I do think I did something wrong as I didn't use the one panel with a fizzler in front at all.

Great mono-portal puzzle, the fun part was when i pressed that exit button thinking how stupid that puzzle was... and realized who was the stupid one. Good job!

This was really good. It's a pretty puzzling puzzle. This is my first time hearing of asphyxia, got to find out what that is.

A witty little dance.

Mono-portal management was great, but the pedestal button takes the cake. Beautiful puzzle.

Awesome! It has everything that makes a good level but what makes it great is that it's a single portal puzzle and yet it's still as challenging. Great work!
nock 1 Jul, 2021 @ 6:53am
So I broke it, but knew it was a broken way to do it so then went onto solve it correctly. Fantastic map though. Really made me think and that portal restriction certainly adds to the difficulty.

This was awesome. The pedestal button was cheep and seemed unprofessional, yet that was exactly why it was funny. If you simply used a floor button that wouldn't be funny. It also gives you that feel that all you have to do is get back to the start.

Nobody is using BEE2.2 anymore. The radelight packages won't work with current BEE versions. But there's an unofficial package, made by Enderzombie et al, which brings it back. (for BEE versions before pr 37).

@authors Who used the ratelight's packages without causing any compiling errors.
Leah1234 23 Feb, 2021 @ 3:31pm
@HankyMueller If you didn't use it, you may need to also download all of it's TeamSpen210's BEE 2 Addons packages here, which is where ratelight's package is there: https://github.com/BEEmod/BEE2.2/releases/tag/2.2.5

I've never heard of that package, and I didn't use it so I wouldn't know.

The ratelight's bee2.2.5 Alpha package for BEE2. How did you use that with no compiling errors in Portal 2's puzzlemaker?
HankyMueller  [author] 2 Feb, 2021 @ 5:33pm
@Rosie Not sure what you mean by that.

Yay! Amazing feeling of accomplishment from solving this one, beautifully designed solution with lots of little "gotcha!" moments along the way. A favourite for sure!

Clean, enjoyable map. Awesome stuff!
Maci bin teh 23 Jan, 2021 @ 8:35am
really chamber I needed help of friends and we solved together. well made! :>
Leo 22 Jan, 2021 @ 2:09pm
Extremely elegant puzzle, satisfying and fun to solve. I really had a blast. The permabutton was a very nice touch too. Fav'ed :)
levitatingspleen 20 Jan, 2021 @ 6:16am
Ooh, actually moving the fizzler back a unit could be a cleaner fix.
levitatingspleen 20 Jan, 2021 @ 6:11am
This was a fantastic puzzle! I'm a sucker for a good monoportal map. I especially liked the different positions that the the reflector cube needed to be in as the chamber progressed. However I have stumbled across an unintended, cheesy path. I think moving the laser receiver should fix it but it's so clearly unintended I can understand keeping the test as is to preserve its visual clarity.
HankyMueller  [author] 18 Jan, 2021 @ 5:03pm
@Headcrab After you get the laser cube, try setting it up in front of the laser emitter aiming at the laser receptor that disables the fizzler, and then standing on the button that turns on the laser . Hope that helps. :)
Combooter 18 Jan, 2021 @ 9:29am
Can someone help me beat this test chamber? i get the laser cube but then i get stuck, still a good chamber

That exit button is truly inspiring. playthrough
Narkodes 16 Jan, 2021 @ 9:56am
Very nice map.
But for my own amusement, I didn't want to keep the permabutton.

@Nobody No-One: Pardon, you mean a cube climb.
bullfrog 16 Jan, 2021 @ 8:08am
Yep, did it the same as @Libbybapa, apart from the mucking about bits.
bullfrog 16 Jan, 2021 @ 6:46am
Excellent, loved it, definite thumbs up and, like @Alfe5, I really liked the pedestal button. I didn’t use any dodgy laser angle.
Joric 16 Jan, 2021 @ 6:41am
Super nice map if you fix Omega's angle.
klaus.sfc01 16 Jan, 2021 @ 2:13am
nice puzzle enjoyed it :)
HankyMueller  [author] 16 Jan, 2021 @ 12:34am
@nerdlingnation it is now rated easy-medium.
SteemStream 16 Jan, 2021 @ 12:32am
I havent played this map yet
nerdlingnation 16 Jan, 2021 @ 12:22am
This is an excellent puzzle. Based on what I've played, I would call it an easy-medium or medium puzzle. Nicely done. The possibilities of what can be done with lasers, cubes, and fizzlers seem to be endless!
Nobody No-One 15 Jan, 2021 @ 10:49pm
Very nice and elegant map. Since I was able to bring the regular cube to the exit with me, the exit condition could also have simply been a floor button in the entrance area, I believe. But the pedestal button was very funny, so it's fine as is. Big thumbs up.
HankyMueller  [author] 15 Jan, 2021 @ 9:31pm
@Omega Yeah, the aforementioned angle is not part of the intended solution. Libby's solution is what I had in mind.

@Libbybapa Yeah, I had considered turrets as an alternative. I just wanted to keep the permanent button for my own amusement, to be honest.
