Can't seem to be able to turn the helm

@gillebeest go to the engine room, enable cooling valves fuel pump etc, then enable generator and engine 1&2 starters
Then from helm change throttle and clutch.

I thought the breaker's were on by default.

Make sure all the breakers are on, pipe switches, engine throttle full, turn on starting keys
