Per the issue VolatileGlitchAviator brought up, it does sound like a patch for Vanilla Factions Expanded - Ancients is still needed.

Per the mod description, it says:
Quote, "Does NOT work with Large Faction Bases, Bigger Faction Bases, More Powerful Faction Bases or anything in between."
I don't know the reason why. I'm just reporting what it says.
Added support for Vanilla Base Generation Expanded (VBGE). You should be able to choose it in slider now. Also added checkbox for overwriting map generation of VBGE.
Large Faction Bases isn't updated to 1.4 atm.
If you still don't understand what that means or doesn't use any of Vanilla Faction Expanded, or at 1.3 as well, don't need to get this mod.
I am currently using version 1.3 of Rimworld.
I thought it was adding a wealth slider for "large faction bases" and it didnt even do that.
Removed option for VFE - Vikings
VFE - Mechanoids and Vikings are now don't need this mod. I tested with Large Faction Bases, and it used native map generation of VFE. I guess, in future I will remove other options for VFE mods.
"EmptySpaceMap" "ShipEngineImpactSite" "Moon/Tribal/InsectPillarSite" and "MoonMap" - just different map generation types that this mod finded. They are from game itself or mods. You don't need them.
I use VFE so I've kept all the settings on, but on top of those I also have Large Faction Bases.
Since I only want LFB bases (Vanilla ones are boring when heavy-modded guns and armors are taken into perspective and/or RimWar and Empire)
But my main question is - Other mods add things in the sliders for Map Type:
For example "EmptySpaceMap" "ShipEngineImpactSite" "Moon/Tribal/InsectPillarSite" and "MoonMap" - Do these matter at all, or do I have to keep a slider with Vanilla and chance on it for it to work? (Since I have two 0 change sliders and then a 10 change Lager Faction bases Map type chance slider)
