I've tweaked the pivot point recently, so disregard what is said earlier about it being at the top. The "sweet spot" for installing it is now below the window in the center.

Alex - Try it now. I tweaked the pivot point and the box collider. It seems to work way better than previously.....

Alex - I'll look into refining it somehow. this was one of my first attempts at making anything, so there might be room to improve the file...

I can't get this to go over a window. Like the picture above shows. Says something about not being able to be used outside ?! It goes on the house. But wont go over a window. Not sure how u did it.
