A few passages wont spawn in the hall, but they can simply be replaced with vanilla ones.

Even better, any blocks behind said door aren't damaged by the thruster. They block the damage.

Doors aren't damaged by thrusters. It looks kinda weird with nothing there so I used offset doors.

I don't understand the doors on the atmo thrusters but load capacity / fuel is really good.
