I know its been so long but can you add a skin for trenches in pavement or asphalt? I am making a city map for WH40k and your trenches work great but there is no skin for trenches in cities.

@Panthoraxium Why should I? Further comms like "...Ahhhh save me my trenches filled with ground../..IDK HOW TO RATATE 'EM.../etc" will be ignored. It`s basics of work in MoW editor.

ehe1991 its not bug in editor just put them press f3 save as and it will fix but u cannot put more or turn them make sure u done putting the trenches together and save

The trenches in my game are bug the ground goes through them. How can i fix it?

@allskeeper You can rotate and move `em until mission load. After save/load/reload mission trenches became static. You can always unload mission in F3 menu

hey once you place them down you can't move them
plus you can't rotate them at all

@Party.gif 3-rd screenshot for example. There are few types of trenches that can be used by soliders to fire. Sure not all of trenches have firing positions

Sturmgeshutz, I understand these are support trenches, but there are firing positions built into the tench itself that cannot be used due to the trenches being too big/tall for the soldiers.

Really nice trenches great to use for maps :). Are you able to add deep straight trench with ladders and a deep straight trench with fire positions all along one side?

@Hate Насчёт техники, так было задумано. Т.к. окопы глубокие и техника их пересекая выдаёт невероятные наклоны, и это смотрится так себе. Вот если бы была возможность сделать так чтобы техника игнорировала карты высот окопов, я бы выбрал другой ObstacleID для ИИ. Если знаете такую возможность, буду благодарен за информацию)

Спасибо за официальное разрешение. Кстати, будет ли дорабатываться мод? В частности, не корректно работает взаимодействие техники с окопами. Фактически техника может их преодолевать, но ИИ этого не видит.

i am new to MOWAS2, so i have no idea about (and am not experienced in the base game enough to be) making maps.
My question however is: would it be possible to make this a rework of the vanilla, causing all the trenches in skirmish to be deeper?
Currently you can quite easily flush the enemies out of trenches with artillery or HE Tank shells. The trenches are too broad and too shallow.


Would it be possible to change the general trench model, causing it to change in the already existing maps or are the maps selfcontained and can't be changed anymore?

@Hugo هوغو Ούγκω To use them go into landscape->cut_entity->trench_ folder. Select this trenches (their names starts with "trench1....") and simply spawn and rotate `em if nessecary.Or another way. All of my models names start with "trench1". So type it in Search line in right bottom area. And plz check some of my previous comments. I`ve already explained there how to find and spawn trenches

@NuclearConsensus This trenches have different ObstacleID comparin to old trenches. So it`s not a bug
