No screamers, P4 or Log Heads
I'm loyal to the original lore for the most part and im not going to do an overhaul of their skillset Screamers are meant to be a sort of a weaker faster soldierbot via the lore afaik from looking at their stats. I left their skill boost/unboosts vanilla the have a malus to stealth but a boost to assassination. clanky skeletons will never be as stealthy as a soft squishy fleshy being.

Had to revert some of the buffs i gave to agnu and sadneil.
fixed the bug where skeletons got 600+ strength(had to nerf str skill gain bonus for all)
fixed the bug where agnu or sadneil wouldnt talk to you
