@Driver Kaldie, hi, you can do a test to see if smoke appears from any of the truck mod's exhausts.
In truck mods, 99% of the creators edit the exhausts.
If it doesn't work with my mod I'd have to hack the mod, but I won't do that, sorry.

The smoke is applied directly to the exhaust.
The smoke feature is a limitation for use in the world, it has been adapted for the exhaust and I can't apply animations to this feature. Animations include cutting the smoke when the engine is off, increasing or reducing the volume of smoke as you change gear and accelerate.

Can you make it so the smoke gets heavier when you press gas?

You must be using other mods that use some files that I modify to make the smoke black.

the only thing about this mod that annoys me is that you still get smoke coming from the exhust pipes even after turning the engine off. if you could change that so the smoke disappears would be more realistic

I hate this, it's the most unrealistic mod ever, smoke comes out while engine is turned off and smoke comes out when in neutral not revving. I hate this

Ohh, I think it also was like that with another mod I used. So that was the issue. Something in 1.50 changed how it works? But why not keep support for 1.49 in this mod? Or maybe have a version for up to 1.49. Well, as long I can use the other mods, for now they work on 1.49 thanks for clarifying and keep up the good work 👍🏻

@Rechain, I checked here, indeed the current SCS tool for sending the mod to Steam only allows it to work on the current version (currently 1.50*).

Question: Why isn't it in the current version of the game 1.50?

Still not working, have tried it many times now. It does not show up or give me the error while in the mod manager. Others works fine when downloading. I am on versions 1.49 also, it only take seconds to download (got a fast connection)

@Rechain, I suppose you clicked on the green “Subscribe” button above the description on this page.
If you've clicked “Subscribe”, Steam sometimes takes a while (about 10 minutes here) to download the mod or an update, so make sure you have the game closed at this point.
To speed up this process you can try logging out of Steam using the options next to the Windows clock on the left.
Another option is to unsubscribe and subscribe again.
