I figured out how to fix the timing
(it's a good idea to use notepad ++ to edit text like files if you don't know :P)

line 83 self:SetNextMeleeAttack( CurTime() + .2 ) set the number to .8 or so

and for line 85 self:SetNextPrimaryFire( CurTime() + 0.9 )
and 86 (it's almost the same as 85)
change both of the numbers to 1.6

if the timing still doesn't seem right just adjust to your hearts content <3
I also changed the damage (on line 138 and 146) to 30 and 35
side note you can update your swep in game just kill yourself and give yourself the swep again

if you can't find the addons you want to modify they are also stored in the workshop folder
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content

could you speed up the animations or lower the attack speed :P
so they sync this is still fun to use
