yes, there are automation car-bodies, if you want a hitch you have to add it with fixtures

Yes and no, if you fix the export like I say in the description, you can, but not really because the front fall down and the rear wheel don't touch

Idk what you mean by custom suspension, for automation it's only use is to take photoscene pictures with a semi truck, in beamNG you can pull them with trucks, even if its a bit difficult to attach
