I use this in all my cities, and always place a cricket pitch behind it. If they don't have a cricket pitch behind it in Wellington then they've missed a trick.

I put these screenshots at the beginning because they are pretty pretty and also as an example that you can put any country flag there.
Initially, this building only with a flagpole, without any flag.
