purple Daedric -_-
TheFir3Crack3r 16 Aug, 2020 @ 8:12pm
I just confirmed it, the purple shine is gone from both armor and weapons after I uninstalled the mod
TheFir3Crack3r 16 Aug, 2020 @ 8:08pm
This mod might make Daedric armor have a purple shine to it on top of the black/red
Vodkavsky 1 Mar, 2020 @ 9:23am
Great mod, still works and doesnt seem to break
Wisconsinvoodoo 16 Feb, 2020 @ 12:35am
Works like it's supposed to! Thanks for creating it!
Harvey WANKENSTEIN 5 Jun, 2017 @ 9:03am

larissas.games 4 Dec, 2016 @ 3:12am

alber_ab 1 Dec, 2016 @ 5:18am
Me a servido de mucha ayuda la verdad, con este mod no te perderás ninguna veta de oro cercana jeje
Cherudex 30 Oct, 2016 @ 8:33pm

Three Kobolds in a Trenchcoat 13 Oct, 2016 @ 4:11pm
I have not played this game in a long time
SkullCrusher 24 Sep, 2016 @ 2:35am
so like red for iron bluegreen for malechite and green for orkish etc. right
Vhenan 8 Jul, 2016 @ 7:46pm
Good mod but most of the ore is the same color as what the higher visibility iron ore is. I'd like this mod more if the colors were changed so I can tell what ore was what.
Master_JediKid 27 Jun, 2016 @ 11:17am
So helpful
jacobscapps 22 Mar, 2016 @ 3:44pm
Where's the download button??!
heatherfertig 31 Jan, 2016 @ 10:54am
This mod is awesome, however it does cause some coloration issues with other items, silver ingots appear pink, daedric armor and anything black has a purpleish cast. Also when on Solstein there were these weird blue lines all around and they went away when I turned the mod off.
Still, it's totally worth it
Scott 22 Jan, 2016 @ 4:51pm
The phrase "so incredibly useful" doesn't begin to describe this mod. Great work!
Anachronita 15 Jan, 2016 @ 4:13am
I was looking for a mod that made ore veins glowing in the dark. Not the whole mine but just the veins..... I found it. Great work, that mod's awesome!
aschvarun 25 Dec, 2015 @ 10:15am
Useful
SunderedShadow 23 Oct, 2015 @ 3:56pm
Any chance your going to load the newest nexus version on steam?
Liliel 22 Oct, 2015 @ 2:53am
Perfect and immersion-friendly mod to make mining better. Don't need to press your nose against walls to see nodes but doesn't turn them into glowing neon signs either.
Bracteamentum 29 Jun, 2015 @ 7:00am
The name of the mod says it all and it is very useful.
It it suitable for players who want to play the game without cheating.
You will often see ore deposits where you would never have expected them and most of them are indeed to dark and hardly visible withouth this mod.
You will wonder, how many deposits some caves or mines actually have.
darkpoetess069 13 Jun, 2015 @ 12:30am
awesome mod i have trouble seeing at times and this makes them more visible for me. thanks its been a big help.
Methos 28 Apr, 2015 @ 6:37pm
Absolutely indispensible mod. Thanks
Mimi (gibbirg) 18 Apr, 2015 @ 4:50am
I have problem. In my skyrim this mod doesn´t work. The same problem with nexus mod "Glowing Ore Veins 300" I dont know why...
renzsweet 31 Mar, 2015 @ 11:03pm
This mod is so awesome. I am constantly saying "Wow, had no idea there was ore there!"
Exiled Alchemist 4 Feb, 2015 @ 3:54pm
If you are getting purpleish tint to armor mainly Daedric and Ancient Nord items it's best to get the 2.0 version from nexus as it was updated to fix that error. Here is a link to that version: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/193/?
paullag16 27 Jan, 2015 @ 6:04pm
1.3 makes daedric items and ancient nord items (from what i can tell so far) glow a purplish tint. If that could be fixed in 1.3 that would be nice
Celonhael 7 Jan, 2015 @ 10:13am
SO thankful for this. I started a new char who would be doing a lot of mining, and I would have missed a lot of this ore without this!
Faranox 6 Jan, 2015 @ 8:42pm
So much classier than that glowing ore mod.
Gothmar 3 Jan, 2015 @ 7:10pm
This is one of those "must have" mods if you're going to be mining at all in this game.
Trinsec 15 Oct, 2014 @ 8:55am
Very tastefully done, this mod. Not an all-out-in-your-face, but also not too easy to overlook.
StarDusT_184 7 Oct, 2014 @ 7:06am
beautifull a lot
Firstcoolsled 27 Aug, 2014 @ 12:30pm
really like this mod, makes mining muuuch easier but why does it make daedric, ancient nord items and orc teeth have purple glow? is there a way to fix it?
Embyrsong 22 Aug, 2014 @ 10:19pm
when i first installed this mod and crafted deadric armor and weapons it glowed purple and i was freaking out cause i didnt know why and then after like 10 mins of freaking it finally dawned on me that it was this mod and i really love how the armor glows red AND purple, adds a really nice awesomenesss to the armor
Nekuro 18 Aug, 2014 @ 1:59pm
Bug. makes Deadra stuff purple....
BearMan 13 Aug, 2014 @ 7:13pm
you made my mining ore easy no more of a pain looking for vains thankyou
Acraind (FR) 7 Aug, 2014 @ 11:30am
Great mod ! :)
Menacing Scarab 6 Aug, 2014 @ 1:14pm
Absolutely great. Wonderful and I love it. I hated mining in this game because I always had to strain my eyes to be able to see the ore. This increases visibility without sacrificing immersion. Big thumbs up for this quiality of life improvement
cadinlamonte 9 Jul, 2014 @ 6:17pm
Increases visibility without sacrificing immersion. Zero complaints. Perfect mod, great job!
SqueekTwitch 5 Jul, 2014 @ 11:20am
I searched, and I found it! After a quick search on the workshop I found this mod and I no longer walk by ore veins. Thank you!
Robin Dude 28 Jun, 2014 @ 12:20am
A very simple, yet extremely useful mod.

Makes spotting ore much easier, without being too in your face about it.

Nice work :)
StumblingPrincess 3 Jun, 2014 @ 8:02pm
oh ok, sorry lol. I was just curious :)
hhrhhr  [author] 3 Jun, 2014 @ 5:10pm
mod replaces only the texture, it can not affect the game logic.
StumblingPrincess 3 Jun, 2014 @ 2:31pm
I love this mod, the ore is much more visible. The only problem now, is sometimes I can't click on it to farm the ore :/
JimClarke 26 Apr, 2014 @ 3:58pm
Works a treat, Thankyou : D

Not sure if its my vid settings (I like it dark), but the 'glow' is not too obtrusive on mine.

Subbed and favd
Sigill 5 Apr, 2014 @ 3:43am

Stupendous Man [WDZ] 1 Apr, 2014 @ 5:38pm
John It is compatible.
John Galt 31 Mar, 2014 @ 10:19am
Is this mod compatible Dawnguard and Herthfire? Because I have the mod already have the mod installed and i'm thinking about buying them both.
Stella 30 Mar, 2014 @ 1:23pm
And, well, I guess they are higher; they just don't glow like Iron does. If you can figure out a way to implement a toggle for glowing, like a spell you get given that you cast to switch and it tells you if it's on or off in the top left like other notifications, that would be great; I'm aware some don't want the glowing at all but want them clear both what they are and where they are at when you look at them.

There's a good bit of variety in the back entrance of Breezehome FullyUpgradable/Fully Upgradable, which is on the Workshop and Nexus. Just spawn lots of money, go and buy everything from first the steward, then talk to G-something in the tavern to buy the rest. You will need to check your house out sometimes for more to pop up. It also is a FANTASTIC remake of Breezehome without ever having the DLCs to play with properly (I did on 360, but I never got around to them in the 20~ hours I could play). Anyways, Ebony, Orichalcum, and some others are there.
If you have access to the Creation Kit (some, like me, can't due to installing limitations), you likely have the ability to place the viens down whereever you want. Just create a room, add a coc, smack them down in it or go to a nice little open area and smack them down there, like outside Riverwood.
