I tried out the way of getting him naturally, and I really love how he drops in and the debris flies and everything. Great touch. I'm just really particular about placement and I can't control where Chester stands well enough to use the natural method. It's awesome though!

i set chumster to never digest items so i could use him as a large item storage on my singleplayer world and yet he still eats things, why is that:

You are not admin/host of the server. You cannot spawn things unless you one of those two things.

Love having this guy at my base for a convenient garbage can. It is hilarious how he burps at night when he "digests" something. Makes it feel like home :winter2019happyyul:
