well the deepfish docked can affect the speed, idk whats wrong with the gen, Used to work. maybe an update broke it.

i can only go top speed 18 knots and the generators keep loping between 4 and 6 rps and is barely making any poer i do have the deep fish sub docked i dont know if it makes a difference

when you had a remote control i thought it was to pilot the sub but is was just for the crane. XD

I've been trying to get the rov back up but the pushes the crane down so i have to leave it behind, but the in despawned the main boat. Need help

so the crane would slide backwards while driving even with a brake on it? i dont understand that since the rov doesn't seem to have an issue with it. i would think the rov would go sliding off the back too if that were the case. i also dont understand how a project is finished when there stuff like that that can be fixed and its still so new. in my opinion a project isn't finished untill problems with it become small enough you dont hardly notice them or are minor enough to live with. i dont think these issues are that small yet. i think it needs some more TLC if you can find it in your heart. no matter. maybe ill fix some of the stuff myself. i look forward to the next submarine project.

woow im glad you really liked it, but im very sorrry to tell you that this project took a lot of time for me, and on my opinion, its alredy finished.
First about the crane it has that back thing bcz when driving its going to slide to the back thats why i made it to be always going a bit forwards.
Second the engine room has two large bilge pumps, which might not been able to pump all the water you had at that moment.
-The boat counts with itk 10 flares and the rov with 6, if you launch the ones on the boat they are gonna blind you but thats bcz of the light mechanics the game have.
-An anchor wont be able to stop a boat from slow movements. and the deck hopping thing its bcz i used wedges and they are a quite glitchy.
sry for some of those problems. but i wont fix them bcz its alredy done for me, and also im working on much better projects.

love this things so far! it takes some getting used to but once you figure out what your doing and get a handle on the controls it gets pretty easy to use. i do have a few minor feature requests tho.

-Please! Please! Please! put a brake on the crane itself so it stops sliding back and forth on the track while im trying to load and unload the rov. its very difficult with the rov slamming against the ship all the time as is. it would be a HUGE help to have a break on the crane. if you fix only one thing please fix this above all else.

-bilge pump in the engine room.(or at least a tailgate for the back of the boat with accompanying pump to clear the deck of water. i went in the engine compartment to check the engines cause one wasnt running like i thought it should and i wanted to see why and i ended up getting stuck in the engine compartment so i had to use the hatch below the rov to escape and as a result water poured in and the boat got very very low in the water.

-please take out the button in the rov control room for the flare. idk if the flare fires from the boat or the sub but it ends up next to the boat and does nothing but blind me completely and i have to sit there waiting untill it goes out to see what the rov is doing.

-an anchor on the boat to keep the boat in place would be very nice to keep the boat from moving too much while loading unloading and piloting the rov.

-hopping up and down on the deck. no idea why this happens or if you can even fix this but my character constantly hops up and down on the deck and i cant move at all and cant do anything but wait for it to stop. i think if the deck were one block wider on all sides it would completely solve this tho im not entirely sure.

thanks for an amazing vessel! definitely going in my top 10 favorites.

the submarine was hardly pilotable without ship anchors or the crane brakes. with waves literally set to 0 the crane would no matter what pull back into its position and pull the ROV along with it and make it hit the ship, for some unknown to me reason the winch responded to both buttons as pulling the winch in, remote controlled or not

okay, so the remote is for the crane and water cannon. Okay (Here's an idea, a remote for the ROV, whith a passenger seat. That way you can controll it anywhere on the ship, but to see, you might want to be in the room with the monitors (:

yea for the rov you need to be carefull and to be calm with controls i tried my best to make it easy to use. and for docking with my other subs its the same than a common one, turn on the magnets of the hatches, then make them to touch but commonly the hatch mags are hard to connect, thats why i added an docking assist mag, you toggle that on and a mag ll be deployed below the hatch and once you connect to the assist mag this one ll push you and connect both hatches together.

Its not necessary, though you could use it with a friend, one piloting the rov and the other the ship, but its totally addapted to be used in singleplayer, you just need to stop the motors of the ship, and then use the sub while the ship is stopped. or you could also set the autopilot in the ship and then use the sub idk there are many options.

sry i forgot to explain them in the control seat its alredy fixed, the controls are w/s pitch - a/d rudder - left/right arrows for propelled yaw and up/down arrows for the propelled up and down movement

what are the controls for the sub? cant figure out how to drive it

the boat transmission is on 0 by default, with 2 for receive and 3 for video receive. the number you type on the numpad ll be the one for transmission, and the receive +1 ill be for transmission, and the number using for receive +2 ill be for video receive, and the same logic is applied for the rov. you just make sure of typing the same numbers on each numpad.

umm, what frequency is the controller on?

yeap hehe, video and composites connections on screens and microcontrollers tend to magically disconnects, most of the times when cutting and pasting them.

@shakkazulu2006 sry i forgot to explain, the rov on its left side has a toggle button that activates the brakes on the sliders. you ill need to untoggle it for sliding it out of its bay.

@Sinprex you are right, its alredy fixed, the video connection somehow disconnected. thx for letting me know.

The radar room thing behind the bridge does not seem to work for me. None of the switches buttons will display anything on the screen. Am I missing something?
