Yeah The Endless is such a specific name for a unit. Not Black Guard(s), etc. Also, I don't think Malekith should use more than one of these units since he is supposed to field Black Guards mainly.
I think their depiction is sort of the elite of elites, like the Tower Masters. While their reputation serves better than their skills, they should still have higher resistance than average DE high tier units, which I'm glad you will add.
I would add some sort of magical attack or effect for them too since they are also known for a bit of sorcery? Maybe just wait for the base mod to update for this since this is dubious.
As for legendary status, I was thinking of maybe putting a cap on the unit but I wanted to keep them as close to the original mod as possible, as in being able to recruit as many as you want. Xoudad may change his mod in the future (it is a WIP) but for now they will be a regular unit rather than an ROR/Legendary Unit. (I have been thinking of changing the name of the unit to just 'Endless' tho, as 'The Endless' implies there is only 1 unit of them.)
