But FR, I'm on another of my mods to B42 ATM, this one's next on the docket.
"@Great_Puffer Zombies probably wouldn't be in Kentucky either, but such is life."
I can confirm that ramen and ramen flats how up on the loot tables (often enough that I have around 8 packs of ramen and a few of the flats stashed in a cupboard at my base)
I have not tried it, yet. But there was a comment for the "Manga is literature" mod which explained exactly what was wrong. (It replaced a vital game file with a modded version.) And on July 9 the author acknowledged this and released an update that is supposed to fix that issue.
for anyone like me, who is finding they cannot get Ramen from this mod to spawn, check if you also have the mod called 'Manga' installed.
i unsubscribed from 'Manga' today and multiple mods that were not spawning things into cabinets, bookcases ect started dropping back again.
appologies, Madman_Andre (GNU Rick May), it was not your mod that has the issue.
just glad that i can finaly get down to looting my fill of tasty tasty ramen :D once more...
i also checked the trashcans, and there is a long list of the empty ramen packs, flavour packs and flats listed, all starting with Ramen.Ramen so they ARE being added there...just not in any containers i have tried so far
i removed a couple of mods that i thought might be shoving the ramen out of the loot tables (because they show up in nearly every building's inventorys, unless i have loot set to rare or lower) and added the 'more loot ' mod to customise the food drops
it offers you the ability to see what is listed for the table for types of containers.
there is 'ramen' listed for the gigamart shelves in 'GigamartDryGoods' but its only the basegame dry ramen blocks.
i can use the item list in debug to access the ramen mod list to give myself ramen, but its just not showing up for me.
however i know that the changes you have made ARE working because my trashcans are blessedly free from overflowing drops of ramen empties lol.
any ideas for a sloution?
Please refer to the changelog for details.
@PSPSoldier534: Thank you for the feedback.
These are the lines I added to each flavor pack if you want to incorporate them in a later update for this mod:
Carbohydrates = 52,
Proteins = 0,
Lipids = 0,
Calories = 328,
1) There is a discrepancy in the calories and nutrients between the individual ingredients and the completed bowls. Bowls of ramen have an insanely high number of calories, but the ingredients used to make them don't, and when using these items in evolved recipes you don't get the same calorie count. Even the individual pack of each ramen states a different number of calories than what you get from the bowl when you combine the noodles and flavor pack.
2) As others have said, too much ramen trash lol
Otherwise, this is a great mod, and I just currently play with a house rule of only using these items in evolved recipes for the time being.
I don't know who, always likes to eat Ramen next to the trash can in the toilet
