It isn't possible to use them in a way that fits "right into the game". They are intended to be used by those who are daring enough to try and create additional multi-level structures on empty lot space. For example, if you have the Garden Flipper DLC, there is a lot with a small structure and a huge space (that was originally intended as a garden space) that some people have been able to create an entire new house from scratch. There is a bug in the game that you can exploit to your advantage. Stack concrete slabs on top of each other, and then remove the one in the middle. They will continue to hover in mid-air, allowing you to create a staircase, or even an entire 2nd floor to a new structure. This method is very time consuming and expensive since reselling items back only gives you 80% refund. My intention is to make life easier for those bold enough to attempt such creations. Check out some of the posted videos of others work and you'll see what I'm talking about.....

omg I have been searching and waiting for this for so long. For the house with the side stairs, in the first game you had to build the sauna below... i bought it some time ago but i never quite new wh this option never came. Irealy hope this will work. Thank you soooo much!!!!

WOW! The most insane item someone has made yet.

I didn't think making stairs would be needed since you can't do anything with the ones in the game, but after watching some of the posted videos, I realized there IS a need. "Stacking" the way people have been is way too time consuming. I have plans for an elevated floor to also make life easier, but so far, testing on that hasn't been successful completely.
