Report a translation problem
On an aside, you'll probably also find that this boat is also alittle broken, certainly the ability to recharge the scuba gear. Don't worry, I'm getting to it ;)
I have a very low tolerance for name calling, and will not condone or tolerate such activities on my build pages. If you have legitimate concerns, questions, ideas, etc. I will gladly entertain them.
I don't like deleting comments, but I will in cases such as this.

Make sure you have that 'seawater intake valve' open. You can ensure water is getting to the engine by checking the 'seawater strainer' (its a box made of windows intended to look like a sight glass). If water is in the 'seawater strainer' you have water going to the engine, and cooling it.

I'll take a look but my initial guess is you forgot to open the 'sea water intake valve' (note the position of the valve in the screenshots above).
But, maybe something is amiss, I'll take a look and report back. Sorry you're having trouble.
