Hi Slush! This game is full of video game developer and computer nerd references. In the computer world those are the levels or types of RAID. RAID stands for Redundant Array of Independent Disks. (Hard drives)
So I use RAID in the computer sense AND the game sense ;) There's lots of little flavor details like this in the game for you to find!

Since the RAID Boss goes after each players turn and the RAID Boss has global Enrage abilities, you can play Solo with 1 character or if you want you could dual hand with 2 characters for about the same difficulty, you'll just have two sets of abilities to work with, so more tools to solve problems!

Also, whats the difference between playing by oneself and with another balance-wise? Do you just control two characters if you're by yourself?

How come they're listed as Raid 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, and ?, just flavor for difficulty? Room for potential DLC/additions?

Hi Grim! Correct, re-rolling is not doable once you roll a Bug symbol! If you had rolled no bug symbols and it was your first roll, you could re-roll all your dice. If you choose not to re-roll specific dice and then re-roll others, set the unrolled dice aside as they cannot be re-rolled again this turn.

Can you explain the re-roll rule? If I roll a dice and get 1 bug and 1 blank, can I re-roll the blank die or does the roll stop because I rolled one bug?

New update is out! Balance changes, fixes to the scripting and a new DUO party mode! RAID Bosses is now 1-2 Players!

Just wanted to let you know that the scripting seems a bit off when it comes to the speed at which it detects what boss monster and character you are using, as you can't actually get either card into their slots on the board without the script starting when they come near and locking them in weird positions, not sure if that is fixable or not

Yes that makes it quite clear. Thank you for your work.

@Brtwrst I also just updated the Rulebook and re-did the Symbol Token section. Let me know if that makes more sense over the last version!

That is super cool. Looking forward to trying that.

@Brtwrst, After doing some testing, I've updated Serahs passive ability to be a Speed Aura, and it now works on After Cool-down Effects. There are less cards this works for, but I feel like it's a better synergy use as you get their effects off earlier than normal and at a lower cost.

Yup! I'll see About rewording how the symbols work to make sure it's more clear.

OK thank you.

1.I was just confused by the name. "Slow" - to me means making something slower/last longer but it does quite the opposite. And looking through the constant cooldown cards I guess it can be beneficial (The 0 Heat one seems nice). But in most cases I'd rather have the benefit of having it last 1 more turn and produce less heat overall. The Paladin's overheat kinda hurts.

2: The (2nd Paragraph in the) symbol token description is really confusing to me.
"When you Lose a Symbol icon from an effect, take a corresponding Symbol token and flip it to the side with the big red X on it." Take it from where?
So I guess that means that if I don't have a token and "lose" one, I really have -1 tokens. And if I gain another Token from somewhere (dice for example) it gets negated. I add up all RedXTokens, NormalTokens and Dice to see how many symbols I have.

Hello!

1. Yes, it costs 1 less Load Pixel to play Constant Cooldown effects, making the effect shorter, but not tieing up as many Load Pixels to use it. This let's her play those cards in a more controlled fashion while freeing up pixels for other uses!

2. You would take both the normal Code symbol token and an Code symbol token with an X on it. To help you remember that you have gained one, but also lose 1 symbol. If it makes more sense you can just negate taking any of the symbols too since the lose 1 code negates your gain 1 code.

I tried it and I do think it's quite neat. But I am confused about 2 things:
1. Paladin slow aura - does it mean it costs 1 less cooldown to play constant cooldown cards (and therefore they last for 1 less turn) or does it cost 1 more (and they last longer) I played it with the "1 less rule" and all that does is create a lot of heat because the deflection shield thingy only lasts 1 turn instead of 2.
2: Losing symbol tokens. When I played with the other easy character and roll a bug, I have to "lose 1 disk token" - the easy raid boss gives 1 disk token each turn. Does losing mean I turn that token (the one I "have") over for that turn or does it mean I turn one of the remaining tokens (in the supply) over and can't use that one this turn (if I would somehow gain more tokens than the supply has left)
