Can't find this in game, using FindIt! with all kinds of combinations of the names you've used here, and physically looking through all menus in game .. perhaps there is a DLC that this work of art might require, unfortunately, I can't use it as it is, so sad, look forward to seeing what you create next.

Wandered round the real thing a few times, Oban is a lovely place! Definitely putting this in my future builds!
