I didn't think about that before, but I can try... I think it's possible, if you add a VMT file, that's how you can do it, a time ago I create a mod that let moves the background stage from the Dark Carnival campaign, I'm sure it will works too on a health bar

Are you also planning on figuring out how to glitch the healthbar so it's animated too? I'm trying to do something like that but got no luck at all... If you want I can attempt to help you somehow.
