If you are missing anyhing else the only solution around steam not syncing is to completely unsub the edit - delete the edit - then re sub to the edit and redownload.

Yeah, I downloaded everything and he's still unavailable. Says I'm missing Chest ID and Long Hair something. :\ Would you also maybe, if it's no trouble, give him the red flannel and the Wanted Cactus shirt? I know this is the WCW Cactus but...
