Nope. Put it on a set of pivots if you want but it'll become subject to the wobbliness of pivots.

This.. this is the greatest thing I've ever seen..

you can use pivots to set up some sort of toggleable system if you want, using electric relays/breakers to de-power the pivots to allow rotation, and powering them to lock it, but the pivots would have to be strong enough to rotate your entire vehicle in order to stabilise it. mixed results with this sort of thing, you can use a single unpowered pivot to lock one axis of rotation fairly consistently, like to disallow roll but allow pitch on a ship.

our of curiosity could you make an assembly that locks making it a toggle stabilizer or something?

If you are wondering yes it works amazingly good job. i used this on my flying aircraft carrier and it works so good!

it stabilises only the body it is placed on, it will not affect any placed pivots or other sub-bodies unless you place another one on them

I like this thing but I do have one question: does it only affect the body it is on, or does affect everything that was spawned in with the workbench too? I am using it to stabilize a giant aircraft carrier I am making

yes that is a known issue :/ cant do anything about it, i just discovered this magic item and it really just does what it feels like

downsides tend to be you cant turn it off and it doesn't align to ground if you need it to, since its completely rotationally static.
